The New Halutzot is a groundbreaking leadership and healing program rooted in ancient traditions — drawing from the 8,000-year-old Yarmukian culture, the pioneering women of the early 20th century, and now rising again 114 years later, in the wake of October 2023.

Our program blends agricultural knowledge and innovation, regenerative work, women's entrepreneurship, and social volunteering in northern and southern recovery zones in Israel.

The Halutzot (female pioneers) are not only learning to grow crops — they are learning to grow themselves.
